Doing our bit to protect the climate

As studies show, carbon dioxide emissions are supposed to be one of the major causes of climate change. Aviation is one of the major users of fossil fuels and thus emittors of carbon dioxide. We are quite aware of the fact and want to contribute to measures taken to protect our climate. We have teamed up with PrimaKlima Weltweit e.V., a German association financing and promoting afforestation and forest conservation projects all over the world as an important contribution to mitigate global climate change.

We ask all passengers to donate 50 EUR each to this project. Starting with our second flight in September 2007, this amount will be included in the ticket price automatically. The money will be used for reforestation projects, mostly in Germany. This amount will ensure the reforestation necessary to more than neutralize the damaging effects caused by our flight.
